If we wait it out all that is out there for us are glass ceilings, closed doors and mediocrity. Sometimes you have to place all of your cards on the table and go for it.
I am an author, father, son and citizen of our country who resides in Washington DC and grew up in the Northern Virginia area.
I am also a convicted felon. I have been out of prison for over ten years, worked steadily ever since, helped raise two beautiful daughters and yet I still find myself battling everyday with the compulsion to do wrong in order to live right.
